With no booking fees, YOO Hotels and Resorts offers the best rates available online. As a mark of the the confidence you can have in YOO Hotels and Resorts we offer a best-rate guarantee. If you find a lower, publically available and immediately bookable rate on another website, for the same hotel, room category, dates, number of guests, currency and with the same terms and conditions, we will match that rate and will reward you with an additional 10% discount.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Best Rate Guarantee applies to rates and reservations made on bookable internet websites only
  2. Claims can only be made within 24 hours of when you were planning to make a reservation on YOO Hotels and Resorts website
  3. Applicable against bookable rates for the same room category, dates, number of guests, currency and with the same terms and conditions
  4. Once a claim has been processed, a reservation must be made directly with YOO Hotels and Resorts, to obtain the additional discounts
  5. No claims will be accepted for arrivals within 72 hours (3 days) of claim
  6. YOO Hotels and Resorts Reservation Department will investigate and inform you of their decision within 48hours of having received your claim
  7. The 10% discount will be applied to the room rate only and not against any taxes, or additional spend (food & beverage, spa etc…) during the stay
  8. The Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to:
    a. Websites that package room nights with any other components such as tours, flights, transfers, etc
    b. Auction sites
    c. Private members sites
    d. Closed user group offers
    e. Negotiated rates with YOO Hotels and Resorts Travel Partners
  9. To proceed with the claim please send us ALL the following information via email to the Reservations Email Address for the hotel in question.
    a. Guest Name
    b. Check In/Check out Date
    c. Website address where you found the lower rate
    d. Website link, or print screen of the website found displaying the dates, the room type, the rate and inclusions
  10. Once a claim has been processed. A reservation confirmation will be sent from the Hotel Reservations Team. Terms and conditions will match what has been highlighted in the claim and credit card details will be required to guarantee the reservation.
